Hello everyone,
My name is Antoine Mantzer. I am an expert and a lover of oenology and gastronomy and I have been managing “Les Secrets d’Epicure” since 2008. This company specializes in organizing events and all aspects of communication in these popular areas of activity.
In recent years, my mission has been to promote the quality and grandeur of some of the best terroirs of Alsace among wine lovers in France and around the world. The region’s vintages are on a par with any other French grand cru.
By sponsoring this project, you will help me produce a second short two-minute documentary on the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé (from Soultzmatt). This will enable me to present this wonderful grand cru on the screen for those who have not yet had the chance to savor itm from the bottle.
Original and modern, this short art feature will be dedicated to the land and the people who have toiled it for centuries, imbuing it with their spirit. Some of the best winemakers in the region, who will act as ambassadors and promote their terroir, will be presenting this work.
The video provides a close-up on the culture, landscapes and geology that contribute to these wines, so often selected for their quality and precision. In addition, the video features a number of gourmet pairings that will be a delight to the taste buds.
The wines from the most renowned estates and Grand Crus of Alsace are among the best in terms of quality, price and enjoyment. Yet the French and international public, and even the people of Alsace, would seem to be unaware of this. My goal is to produce a series of short videos that will reveal the wonders of these wines to people worldwide.
With your help, I will be able to promote the terroirs and their people and also share our love for this important part of our culture and the pride it inspires. This documentary will present our landscapes, our tastes and a true Art de Vivre with those outside the region.

From the loftiest heights of French gastronomy and oenology to the simplest dishes and wines, I has always been my aim to introduce people to the pleasures of savoring the finest products.
I am always on the lookout for the best, reveling in the delights and revelations that come with being familiar with the true terroirs of Alsace and France.
I have followed my own path, in search of the best produce and addresses. This has inevitably fed my curiosity even further, with countless discoveries and opportunities to meet different people.

They will allow me to produce this film independently.
I will be able to call upon a team of seasoned professionals, including a director, a graphic designer, an editor, winemakers and restaurateurs.
In order to produce a documentary that is polished yet also informative and effective, various talented professionals will be required. The budget will need to cover:
- Four days of writing to create a compelling and complete storyboard and script.
- Four days of shooting to capture the terroir’s beauty and force.
- One day of sound recording to put the pictures into words and emphasize the savoir-faire.
- Two days of graphic design to create depth and give gusto to the subject.
- One day of music production to complement the visuals.
- Three days of editing and post-production to turn this work into a real audiovisual success.
